Our Hassle-Free 14-Day Return Policy
We offer a straightforward 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return is Easy:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are exempt from our return policy. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are unfortunately non-returnable.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for European Union Customers:
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
