  1. Shipping Zones: We currently offer shipping to mainland European Union countries, excluding Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands (Spain) and USA. If your country is not listed as an available shipping destination during the checkout process, contact us.
**Important Note:** Certain regions within the EU have specific customs regulations that may lead to additional charges or delivery delays. These include:
* Canary Islands (Spain) (already excluded from our shipping)
* French Guiana, Réunion, Martinique, Guadeloupe, and Mayotte (France) (already excluded from our shipping)
* Åland Islands (Finland)
* Ceuta and Melilla (Spain) (already excluded from our shipping)
* Gibraltar (already excluded from our shipping)
If you place an order to one of these regions, please be aware that any potential customs fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Production for each order begins after payment confirmation and typically takes between **2 to 5 business days**.
Once production is complete, shipping times vary depending on the recipient's location:
* Mainland Spain and the EU: **5 to 10 business days**.
* Other countries within the European Union: **7 to 15 business days**.
These timeframes are estimates and may be subject to delays due to external factors such as customs processing, logistical issues, or peak demand periods.
  1. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase based on the destination and the type of product ordered. In some instances, we offer free shipping on orders exceeding a certain value, which will be clearly indicated on our website.
